Qualfon details growth, diversification opportunities during talks with GO-Invest
Representatives of Qualfon recently met with the Guyana Office for Investment (GO-Invest) to discuss the company’s ongoing operations in Guyana and future opportunities for growth and diversification.Having established a presence in Guyana since the early 2000s, Qualfon has been a longstanding contributor to Guyana’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, providing employment opportunities and skills development for thousands of Guyanese over the years. The company’s sustained commitment to Guyana has helped create meaningful career pathways for many citizens while supporting the growth of the services sector.
During the engagement, discussions focused on the evolving landscape of the global BPO industry and the challenges currently facing the sector. Qualfon reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining operations in Guyana while exploring new opportunities to diversify activities at its campus and enhance the value of its local presence.

Guyana’s Chief Investment Officer, Peter R. Ramsaroop, welcomed the continued engagement and emphasised the Government of Guyana’s commitment to supporting investors who have demonstrated long-term confidence in the country.
