Ranks of the Guyana Police Force have arrested prison escapee Adrian Damder, a 34-year-old male of Graham Street, Better Hope, East Coast Demerara.
Damder had escaped from the Lusignan Prison sometime between 08:00hrs and 16:00hrs on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
Acting on information received, Police ranks went to a location at Goedverwagting, East Coast Demerara, today (Saturday, May 30, 2026) about 00:20 hours, where Damder was contacted and arrested.
He is presently in custody at the Sparendaam Police Station.
Investigations are ongoing.
