PSC Elects Leadership and Sets Priorities for 2026–2027 at Annual General Meeting
Georgetown, Guyana, May 29, 2026: The Private Sector Commission (PSC) successfully convened its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), during which members elected the organisation’s leadership team for the 2026–2027 term and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing private sector development, economic growth, and national prosperity.
The newly elected Executive Committee comprises;
– Capt. Gerald Gouveia Jr. – Chairman
– Ms. Kathy Smith – Vice Chairwoman
– Mr. Imran Saccoor – Treasurer
– Ms. Josephine Tapp – Honorary Secretary
– Mr. Manniram Prashad – Corporate Coordinator
The PSC thanks all members and stakeholders for their support and participation in the Annual General Meeting and reaffirms its commitment to a competitive business environment, sustainable economic growth, and being a strong voice for Guyana’s private sector.
