The Judicial Service Commission has announced that Zanna Frank has been appointed to the post of Registrar of Deeds of the Deeds Registry with effect from July 1, 2026.
Frank obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Guyana in 2012 and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2014.
She also attained a Diploma in Public Management in 2007 and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration in 2023.
Frank had been appointed to the post of Deputy Registrar of Deeds at the Deeds Registry in 2016, a position she held until the date of this appointment.
