Human Services Ministry launches “FRENO” initiative to gather public feedback on its services

The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security has launched a new initiative aimed at gathering feedback from the public on its various services being offered.

The initiative, called “FRENO”, will see officials reaching out to citizens via WhatsApp to participate in a survey.

Subject Minister Dr Vindhya Persaud assured that the information submitted will be strictly confidential and will only be utilised with the aim of improving services.

“Your feedback is important to us to improve our services across Guyana,” she said in a promotional video announcing the launch of the initiative.

The WhatsApp number that will be reaching out to citizens is 723-4592. Persons are encouraged to verify the source before responding.
