Honorary Consul of The Bahamas in Guyana reappointed

Azzarudeen Haniff will continue to serve as Honorary Consul of The Bahamas in Guyana following his reappointment.

The Office of the Honorary Consul of The Bahamas in Guyana announced the renewal, saying the decision “reflects the continued commitment to fostering meaningful engagement and cooperation between the two countries.”

In his role, Mr Haniff helps individuals, businesses, and institutions in Guyana and The Bahamas communicate and work with each other.

He also supports initiatives that promote closer bilateral relations.

The office said it looks forward to continuing its work to “strengthen the bonds between The Bahamas and Guyana and promote opportunities for greater cooperation and collaboration.”
