Two persons have been arrested following the discovery of some seven kilograms of cocaine in their possession.
The bust was made by officers of the Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit (CANU) on Monday during an intelligence-led operation on Hadfield Street, Georgetown.
CANU said its officers intercepted and searched motorcycle bearing registration number CL 4761 during which the drugs were uncovered.
The two riders, Jaleel Bagot and Quincy McDonald, were subsequently arrested.
Investigations are ongoing.
