A brother and sister this morning drowned while swimming in a trench at Enterprise, East Coast Demerara.
They are Tiana DeCourte, 9, and Jadan DeCourte, 10.
The children’s father, Jason, said they were celebrating Phagwah in the community with their cousins when the incident occurred.
