Leader of We Invest In Nationhood (WIN), Azruddin Mohamed, was arraigned on Friday with several traffic-related offenses at the Whim Magistrate’s Court, Corentyne Berbice, Region Six.

Mohamed, 38, of Public Road, Houston, East Bank Demerara, was charged on November 14, 2025, for the offenses of prohibited tinted glass, obscured ID mark, unlicensed motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle.

Police stated that the matter was called on several occasions, and due to the accused’s absence, a summons was ordered by Magistrate T. Hardy to appear in court on January 9, 2026.

However, the U.S.-indicted businessman turned up at the Whim Magistrate’s Court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to all the charges when they were read to him.

Bail was granted for the following offenses: prohibited tinted glass, $5,000; obscured ID mark, $40,000; unlicensed motor vehicle, $10,000; and uninsured motor vehicle, $10,000.

The matter was adjourned until January 30, 2026.
