Patient at National Psychiatric Hospital beaten to death

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a patient at the National Psychiatric Hospital in Berbice. Ravinand Yudeshwar Bishram, a patient at the institution for about five years, was reportedly beaten to death.
