A motorcyclist died on Monday evening after he was allegedly struck down by a motorcar along Independence Boulevard, Albouystown, Georgetown.
Dead is 22-year-old Daryl Permaul of First Street, Alexander Village, Georgetown.
The Guyana Police Force (GPF) has not released any information on the incident and according to family members, they too have not been properly briefed by officers on the details surrounding the fatal crash.
Permaul was an employee of Banks DIH Limited and the father of a two-year-old boy.
