PNM Wins Tobago Election


News Americas, TOBAGO, T&T, Mon. Jan. 21, 2013: The opposition People’s National Party of Trinidad, again took home the victory again today, claiming all 12 seats and another victory in the heated Tobago House of Assembly election.

Some 46,607 Tobagonians cast their vote for a new Tobago House of Assembly executive to govern their affairs for the next four years with the winner remaining the incumbent People’s National Movement led by Orville London. Campaigning leading up to the election was heated and bitter.
