Nursing Assistant wanted for obstructing the course of justice over voice note on Adriana Younge’s autopsy

See full statement from the Minister of Health Dr Frank Anthony:
An audio recording has come to my attention in which a female voice informs inter alia that she was present at the post-mortem examination of Adriana Younge conducted on the 28th day of April, 2025, at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation and that she was sent there by me.
After some enquiries, I learnt that this person is Tiana Serena Lewis-King, a nursing assistant employed by the Ministry of Health who currently works at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. As far as I am aware, I do not know this person. I have never met this person, and have never spoken to this person. Therefore, assuming she was present, she was not there upon my instructions or on my behalf.
However, more fundamentally, it is public knowledge that the post-mortem examination was videotaped. Additionally, as is the norm in such procedures, a detailed log of all present and the material particulars of what was done was recorded. My information is that the said record does not show this person being present at the post-mortem.
Moreover, I was informed by the Guyana Police Force, which was responsible for videotaping the process, that they reviewed the videography, and it does not show this person being present at the post-mortem.
The Guyana Police Force is investigating this matter.
I remain in consultation with my lawyers regarding legal proceedings; I may wish to pursue against this individual who is obviously trying to maliciously tarnish my professional, public and personal reputation and standing.

The Guyana Police Force wishes to inform the public that an immediate investigation was launched in relation to a voice note purportedly made by Tiana Serena Lewis-King, a nursing assistant, where she falsely stated that she was present during the post mortem examination of Adriana Younge.
She further stated that she was sent there by the Minister of Health.
The Minister of Health, when contacted by the Police, not only denied this assertion but denied any knowledge of Ms. King.
Thus far, Attorney-at-Law Darren Wade who is the lawyer representing the interest of the family of the deceased was contacted. Mr. Wade was present during the post mortem examination and he has confirmed to the police that Tiana Serena Lewis-King was not present at the post mortem examination.
Additionally, Dr. Caleb McCloggan who was also present during the post mortem examination representing the interest of the family was contacted and he has also confirmed that he listened to the recording and he recognised the voice to be that of Tiana Serena Lewis-King who he knows as a nurse aid that graduated last year.
He further confirmed that she was not present during the post mortem examination of Adriana Younge.
The Guyana Police Force has also reviewed its video recording made during the post mortem examination of Adriana Younge and the following were noted:
1. Tiana Serena Lewis-King was never present in the room from commencement to conclusion of the post
mortem examination of Adriana Younge;
2. At no time whatsoever did the three qualified foreign pathologists who were present ask any nurse
assistant or aid their opinions; and
3. At no time was anyone present requested or required to write their names down on paper.
This recording is clearly intended to create public mischief, pervert and obstruct the course of justice, among other criminal offices, as a result the Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for Tiana Serena Lewis-King.
